Prayer Practices
You can't lead or teach prayer practices unless you've experienced them yourself! T.A.G. can give you the opporutnity to explore these practices.
Prayer Practices are various avenues of prayer, different ways of connecting with God.
Ancient prayer practices are rooted in church tradition. Taize-style chants, lectio divina, centering prayer and imaginative prayer are all types of ancient prayer practices. Some practices date all the way back to the 4th century, whiles others are a bit more modern.
Creative prayer practices use tools, and oten the act of creating something, to connect with God. Examples of prayer tools are blankets, bubbles, art, poetry, nature and toys.
The best way to experience these is within the context of a T.A.G. retreat or T.A.G. Day, but if that is not an option for you, T.A.G. can offer you guidance and assistance in beginning to explore these practices on your own.
